It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify us by providing the following information:

  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the alleged infringer of the takedown. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.

  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the site may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed material unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the material provider.
